Acquired in October 2021, The Iris is a 276-unit property in Denver, Colorado. At the time of acquisition, we vacated all units to complete heavy construction renovations in under one year. In Q1 of 2023, the LivLavender team successfully completed a refi on the property, our biggest refi to date.
