Philip joined VareCo in 2021 and now serves as its Managing Director. In his role, Philip is responsible for the execution of VareCo’s business plan and oversees the divisions of Asset Management, Accounting & Finance, and Talent & Operations. Philip’s career has included residential construction, commercial real estate brokerage, alternative investments, and multifamily development with time spent working at both CBRE and Lennar.

Philip holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and designations as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Outside of work, Philip actively serves in his local church with his wife and is an avid cyclist, runner, & hiker.
